Lioresal, baclofen USP, is a muscle relaxant and antispastic, available as 10-mg and 20-mg tablets for oral administration.

Baclofen Tablets are used to reduce and relieve the excessive tension in your muscles (spasms) occurring in various illnesses such as cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, cerebrovascular accidents, spinal cord diseases, and other nervous system disorders.

How to use

The usual dose is 20 mg (2 tablets) three times a day.
